Holding a master's degree in psychology and behavioral analysis from Grand Canyon University, Nass currently serves her community as a behavior specialist and youth leader. She studied traditional Islamic subjects with renowned scholars in Damascus, Syria, as well as through Rabata, earning ijāzas in Ḥafṣ recitation of the Quran and the Forty Hadith of Imam Nawawī.
